08/19/2020: ODL Technical Support Extended Hours - Start of Fall 2020

Please note that all times given are Eastern Time.

The ODL Technical Support team is pleased to offer the following extended hours for the start of the Fall 2020 semester:

  • Thursday, August 20, and Friday, August 21: 8:00am - 7:00pm
  • Saturday, August 22: 10:00am - 2:00pm
  • Sunday, August 23: 12:00pm - 4:00pm
  • Monday, August 24 - Thursday, August 27: 8:00am - 7:00pm

Regular business hours (8:00am to 5:00pm) will resume on Friday, August 28. If you have any questions or concerns, please send a support ticket over to ODL Technical Support or call us at (850) 644-8004.

In addition, if you experience any difficulty with the myFSU portal, webmail, or difficulty with other applications managed by Information Technology Services (ITS), you will be able to reach the ITS Service Desk during the following extended hours:

  • Monday, August 24 - Friday, August 38: 8:00am to 8:00pm

Keep in mind: If you encounter errors, check out the ITS Service Status page before creating an ITS support ticket to find out if the tool you're using is experiencing a service disruption.
