09/17/2020: Kaltura Service Disruption [RESOLVED]

Kaltura has resolved the service disruption, so users should now be able to access their My Media page, Course Media pages, embed Kaltura videos into Canvas courses using Canvas's Rich Content Editor, and view videos without difficulty. If you continue to experience difficulty, please clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you continue to experience difficulty after taking this action please submit a ticket to our ODL Technical Support Helpdesk so that we can reach out to Kaltura directly about your specific issue. We apologize for the inconvenience that this disruption has caused. In addition to some intermittent video upload, media processing (transcoding), and playback difficulties that some of our users have experienced recently, Kaltura is now experiencing an additional service disruption. Users are currently unable to access their Kaltura My Media page, Course Media pages, and embed Kaltura videos into Canvas courses using Canvas's Rich Content Editor. Users may also experience difficulty viewing Kaltura videos that are embedded in Canvas course pages. Kaltura engineers are aware of this new problem and actively working to resolve it.
