Accessing My Media

Under the Canvas Help menu, select the Instructors: My Media (Kaltura) or Students: My Media (Kaltura) option that matches your primary role in FSU's Canvas:

Troubleshooting "Access Denied"

If you get an "Access Denied" message, it means you are not enrolled in the course whose link you clicked on. If you are a student, simply register for the Student Orientation Course to receive access. If you are an instructor, simply register for the Canvas Instructor/Staff Orientation Course instead. Then, when you click on the My Media link that matches your primary role you will no longer receive an error.

Alternative: Adding My Media to Course Menus

Alternatively, instructors may add a My Media link directly on your course site. If it's added, you would see it listed somewhere on your course menu as seen below.
