Troubleshooting Browser Issues
If you notice problems with how your web page displays when using Canvas, or if you are having trouble uploading a file, you should clear the cache and cookies of your web browser. These stored temporary internet files may be preventing you from navigating through Canvas with ease.
Instructure keeps up-to-date resources on how to clear your browser cache based with instructions relevant to your browser:
Note on Google Chrome:
Make sure to select All Time for the time range to clear. Otherwise, some residual cache and cookie content will remain in your browser.
