The FSU Testing Center provides proctoring services to non-FSU testers. While we strive to serve all non-FSU testers in need of a proctor, our primary mission is to provide testing services for FSU course exams. We will be unable to offer appointments to non-FSU students during FSU's Fall Final Exam Week and Spring Final Exam Week. The FSU Testing Center will be closed for observed Holidays, Winter Break (TBD), as well as for some FSU Testing Center in-service days.
In order to provide proctoring services to Non-FSU testers, we will need information about the exam. All information should be provided to the FSU Testing Center ([email protected]) directly from the tester's instructor or institution. In order to assist instructors and institutions provide all necessary information, we have created a Non-FSU Exam Request Form.
All exam information must be received at least 3 business days before the tester's appointment.
This allows our Test Coordinators to review the information, reply with questions, and receive answers in a timely manner before the proctoring date. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to effectively proctor any non-FSU tester without enough time to follow up with questions.
Please download the following fillable PDF, fill it out, and email it to [email protected]. Please include any forms or specific policies/procedures you would like the FSU Testing Center's staff to fill out or observe during your tester's proctoring session. The FSU Testing Center is an NCTA-Certified Testing Center. For general information about our specific policies and procedures, please see the FSU Testing Center's Testing Tips & Policies webpage.
