TidyUp is a tool that makes it easy to identify unpublished pages, delete outdated content, and remove empty folders in Canvas. The simple Canvas tool allows you to scan your Canvas courses for unpublished pages and unlinked files and delete them from your Canvas course.

Getting Started with TidyUp

Scanning and Managing Content

• When using TidyUp for the first time, you will be prompted to authorize the application.
  
• Then click the green Scan Course button to begin the TidyUp process.
  
• Once the scan is complete course materials will be separated into three sections - Files, Folders, and Canvas Content. You can select individual items or groups of items for download, editing, or deleting.
