Yesterday, August 17, beginning at approximately 7:00pm ET some of our users began experiencing errors when trying to access their Kaltura My Media and Course Media pages in Canvas. Users may have also experienced errors when trying to watch videos embedded in Canvas pages during this time. At 3:30am ET this morning, Kaltura posted a message on their system status page regarding this issue. At 8:30am ET this morning, August 28, Kaltura announced that the system has returned to normal functioning. We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue caused.
