09/11/2020: Canvas document preview errors [RESOLVED]

Canvas resolved this issue and for must users on 9/11/2020 at 1:39pm, however, some users may have continued to experience difficulty with previewing files in the Dublin region. This issue was resolved for all Canvas users as of September 12th at 11:14am ET. We apologize for any inconvenience that issue caused you. At approximately 7:20am ET Canvas began experiencing an issue with its document preview tool. As a result, some users may be experiencing an "{error: Invalid session}" message when trying to preview files in Canvas. If you run into this error message, we recommend downloading the file to view its content instead. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
