Yesterday, October 12, from approximately 6:43pm ET to 8:00pm ET Kaltura experienced a service disruption that made all Kaltura services in our Canvas system inaccessible to users. Videos in Course Media could not be viewed, videos could not be uploaded into Kaltura because the My Media page was inaccessible, and videos could not be added to new pages, discussion posts, or any other item during this time. By 8:00pm ET normal system functioning had been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue caused you. Thank you for your patience while Kaltura engineers worked towards resolution.
